At ISMÊ SWIM, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective hygiene stickers and hangtags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
